• Macquarie Bank in the financing of the acquisition of a global data centre in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, by an Irish corporate entity
• A consortium of international funders on the project-financing of the first EdgeConneX data centre development in Dublin
• UK-listed financial institution on the establishment of its Irish data centre
• The Lending group (led by Barclays) on the group financing arrangements of Interxion in respect of a financing package exceeding €500m.
• Irish counsel to a club of five international lenders in relation to the project financing of a two phase multi-customer data centre development.
• Sandvik on the sale of a former factory site to an international technology company for use as a data centre. We subsequently acted for the construction contractor in the development of the data centre.
• Bord Gáis Éireann on the procurement and negotiation of a five year managed IT and data centre services contract with IBM.
• Irish Life & Permanent in relation to the outsourcing to Hewlett Packard of its data centre and data hosting requirements.
• The lenders to a renewable energy company entering into a retail electricity supply contract with a data centre operated by a prominent technology multi-national corporation.
• IPUT plc on the acquisition of the Geodis facility at Damastown Business Park, Dublin 15 comprising 30,250 sq.m. (325,000 sq. ft.).
• A regulated Irish institution on the acquisition of the Dunnes Stores distribution facility at Rosemount Business Park, Dublin 15 comprising 25, 000 sq. m. (270,000 sq. ft.).
