• Cartel Immunity Applicants – clients who apply for immunity in relation to cartel investigations.
• CCPC Mortgages Study – banks in relation to the CCPC mortgages study.
• Competition Litigation in the High Court – Ladbrokes in its successful challenge in the High Court Irish in relation to merger control and competition law and a potential bidder for the Ladbrokes Ireland business (in examinership).
