• Baxter in High Court proceedings against the Health Service Executive.
• Health Service Executive in successfully defending High Court proceedings in respect of a tender competition for speech and language therapy services.
• Kildare County Council in defending procurement proceedings brought by RPS.
• Office of Public Works in relation to a tender process for a multi-million euro concession contract for the management and operation of its portfolio of telecommunications masts.
• CIE in relation to the procurement of an implementation partner for its Customer First Programme and on a procurement process for data centre migration.
• ESB on the procurement aspects of the Design Contest and architectural follow-up contract and appointment of consultants for proposed new landmark headquarters.
• RTE in relation to the sale of 8.64 acres of its Montrose campus.
• Belfast Harbour on a number of different procurement competitions including the City Quays development.
• Railway Procurement Agency in relation to procurement issues concerning the Luas light rail network.
• The procurement law aspects of the Sanofi Pasteur MSD vaccine demerger.
• Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital and the National Maternity Hospital on various procurement processes.
• Numerous local authorities on a large number of procurement processes including procurement of road and water projects.
