We advise on most of the major transport infrastructure projects on the island of Ireland. We are currently acting for Transport Infrastructure Ireland on the Dublin MetroLink project, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the State, including all consenting environmental, procurement and construction matters. We have advised on most of the PPP road projects in the state, including in respect of project financings and M&A transactions over the life of the projects.
We have significant experience acting for developers, funders, purchasers and contractors on some of the most significant housing developments in the State in recent years across the full range of tenures (including social housing, cost rental and affordable). We have significant experience acting with all key stakeholders in this sector, including the local authorities, the Land Development Agency, the Housing Finance Agency, the Housing Agency and Approved Housing Bodies.
Our Data Centres group has extensive experience advising international clients on the development, acquisition, financing and operation of data centres in Ireland. Our in-depth market knowledge enables us to advise across multi-faceted aspects of data centre development, from energy regulatory matters, grid connections and electricity supply arrangements to planning and environmental matters, tenancy arrangements, service level agreements and construction contracts.
