Projects & Infrastructure
Our Projects and Infrastructure team is a market leader (in terms of both in value and volume) on the island of Ireland. The team advises all relevant stakeholders including sponsors, public sector authorities, funders, investors, contractors and operators. We regularly advise on projects across the energy, oil and gas, transport, telecommunications (including data centres) and social infrastructure sectors. Our experience includes advising on joint ventures, project structures (including framework contracting, concession contracts, PPP, BOT, DBFO and DBFM), project financing, infrastructure M&A and conducting legal due diligence (including risk allocation and "bankability" analysis) of existing projects.
Our team are well known for their legal and technical ability as well as their business approach. Our broad experience means that we are able to anticipate issues and problems that may arise during the course of a project and find constructive solutions to them. We offer pragmatic and commercial legal advice through our experience of the industry sectors our clients operate in.
