    on the acquisition of the North Docks office development, Dublin 1 comprising 250,000 sq ft of office space for a reported price of over €80m.

    on the sale of a 298-bed purpose-built student accommodation development for a reported price of €80m.

  • Fine Grain Property

    on the acquisition of Connaught House, One Burlington Road, Dublin 4 comprising 116,000 sq ft of office space.

  • DWS

    on the sale of the Point Campus student accommodation (the largest off-campus student accommodation complex in Ireland) for a reported price of €150m.

  • IPUT Real Estate Dublin

    in relation to the letting of office space (over 600,000 sq ft) at the newly developed Wilton Park estate to tenants including LinkedIn, Stripe and EY.

  • Glenveagh

    on the acquisition of a 250-acre site for residential development on the Kildare / Meath border for a reported price of €55m.
